The New Healthier You Fitness Plan, Day 2: Total-Body Strength done! I was only able to do this once because I didn't have much time to for a long workout but man, did I feel it immediately after! I could barely raise my arms LOL! I'm going to do this again this weekend and I'm going to try to do 2 rounds. Those negative push ups really do it for me LOL! Great workout. I did the first half of the video without weights and the rest with my 2 kg weights. I had to rest a little during the 2nd set but I'm glad I could do this workout even with a heel injury (I just did stationary lunges). It felt really good to move again after resting for over a week due to a cold. I'll stick to the short workouts for now since I get out of breath very fast.

I thoroughly enjoy all the workouts I've done thus far and appreciate all the effort & thought you've obviously put into them. My only issue is that quite a few of the strength training and body sculpting workouts require floor work. I'm on the tall side and have a limited space to workout in so being able to extend comfortably is an issue. It would be wonderful if you (or any other viewers) could recommend substitutions for push-ups, planks, chest presses, etc so that I'm able to target the areas you intended. I have tried standing push-ups but have never "felt" anything. Thanks! 🙂 I hope to see Peanut again soon.

During the week of Christmas my husband fell ill. As a result, I only worked out 5 times since and I can really tell the difference with my body. So, this workout is a great way to get me back into my regular workout routine. Thanks Jessica.

Morning! thanks Jessica I can not get enough of your workouts. Being in the often cloudy cold UK even the setting cheers me up and gets me moving!! Did this as an add onto one of your HITT's and was perfect for me as a returner to working out. I have some knee issues so your adaptions were prefect for me and meant I could still challenge myself. Very cool place BTW. XX

I added this on to day 10 of the Walk Strong program. Love that this short workout included some of my favorite moves – negative push ups and elbow plank dolphin pikes! I used weights today and no chair, but I love the "make it work for you" philosophy that allows everyone at any level to customize this workout!

Happy New Year Jessica! Not enough of a workout for me, even as an add on to one of your HIITs that I did first. But I can see this being a good workout for beginners. I hope you are still going to offer longer, more intense workouts. I also missed seeing Peanut, I hope she's well. Beautiful new digs though 🙂 I love spending time with you and Peanut in the morning!

I love doing your workouts. The low impact walking ones have helped me build up my fitness safely and achieve being an ideal weight for my height. This year I need to focus on strength more and this routine seems an ideal place to start.

I feel like a child with a new toy. I thought I had finished my workouts for today but couldn't wait to try out this short quick 10 minute strength training no equipment new workout. I cheated though as I used 3 kg weights. But it would definitely be good without, especially for beginners or when away from home in a hotel, etc. thanks, Jessica.
