Did this for 2nd time between other workouts. My pushups are improving! Only broke to 2 single sets of modification. Goal: Wear weight vest during work out, starting light and moving up slowly. Switch out with ankle weights. Looking ahead to the Bataan March 3/25/18.
Coach: it really helps to keep hearing, 'Those that think they can, and those that think they can't, *are both right *. Thank you both for all you do!

Hi Claudia.. Hi Coach Kozak.. My name is Munira. I am from Malaysia. I've been doing this workout since April 18, 2017 (every single day) in order to lose weight. It had been a month. I do see the results. My body measurements had reduced almost 2 cm in every single part of my body. Unfortunately, I had knees problem recently. Could you guys share with us knee friendly workout suitable for those who can't do the squats, lunges, etc. so everyone could continue their dream to lose weight ๐Ÿ™‚

Perhaps in the title mention that it includes a warm-up and cool down? It wasn't quite a 40 minute workout which is what I was looking for, however I understand that for some they would like the whole package in a 45 minute video.
