my left hand seems stronger than my right hand, I have started exercising since like one month and I only do exercises with one set of dumbbells and bodyweight, I'm a skinny guy I have some improvement but I think right portion of my body is not strong as left portion, can anyone guide me what to do?

I really enjoy your videos on alignment therapies and postural strengthening. Particularly the video were you show us how to strengthen the rotator cuff, and scapular region (by using a wall & overhead components) into unison and alignment for upper body pressing/pulling. No other YouTuber has the qualification, & sophistication you've already shared.

NOW I personally request a video, performing the same concept, in the hip & pelvic region for poor squatting & deadlifting techniques/motions/maneuvers. As these two moves, in my young (yet maturing) opinion are necessary for me to master, in regards to my day-to-day life.

Aligning my hips/pelvic muscles before deadlifting, squatting, lunging would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
