I have football weight training on mondays, wendsdays, and Fridays. Is it ok if I do this workout once a day tuesdays thursdays saturdays and sundays?

I dont get how people feel pain in their abs while doing regular planks the only planks i do that hurt my abs are "Deadman Planks".

For the mountain climbers, does bringing both legs towards the elbow make 1 rep OR one leg towards the leg equals 1rep?

how does this work? do you do 3 sets for example of the jumping jacks with 2 minutes rest in between each set then jump onto the next exercise or do you do every workout together like jumping jacks then right to tricep dips and so forth in one circuit and that will consider as a set?

Great initiative Lee. Would warmly welcome a series of such bodyweight programmes. A download button to print the Workout re-cap would be very handy (specially while travelling).. Exercises will be difficult to remember once you may consider to produce more than just this routine. Many thanks!
