I don't want to ask you how old you are.. but you are obviously in amazing shape. right now I'm dealing with some very challenging peri menopause weight gain… it's been almost 2 years of being a size 10 when I used to be a 6/7 πŸ™ u have any tips for trying to get rid of this "cortisol' belly fat??
