Hello guys! Just wanted to ask if you have a similar video (upper body hiit with no equipment), but a longer workout. I have looked and didn't find any. Would it be a good idea to follow this routine but just do more rounds of it? Great work by the way!!

Everyone asking how many days a week and if I'm ok to do, it dosent matter how old you are or if your male or female anyone can do it and you should space the workout between days so not everyday because your body gets used to the exercise resulting in a worse result each time so alternate it with another workout

Hello, Thanks for ypur excellent videos. i have a question.
My arms start to ache, i think this is starting of cervical disk hernia.( i now because i had lomber disk hernia 3-4 years before, it was started with a leg pain)
i think to start your exercises for upper and lower back, as a precaution .
But which worm-up video is apropriate for me i can't decide.
Can u help me please…
