do you use any type of drugs for those legs or is it purely working out (no offense i just want to know)

My right hip is hurting a lot these days. No matter what stretch I try (hip flexor, piriformis, hamstring) it doesn't seem to make a difference. It got to the point where I'm not being unable to perform simple bodyweight squats without it hurting in the crease of my right hip. My lower body flexibility is pretty poor (I'm an office worker), but this has got to be dealt with. Anybody any advice?

Hi daniel. I just had a knee surgery. (meniscus) Which exercises do you recommend to get back on track? I cannot do now prison squads it's too much stress. Any another tips please?

I am just starting out,  My good friend has told me to start working out again.  so I'm having to do it with no weights and plenty of stretching to help prevent injuries.  I enjoy how you use movements without weights. I have a bad habit of doing to much weights, so I'm going to start without them to build a solid foundation.  Peace and Harmony . JD.

I'm 53… started working out 6 months ago. I'm seeing definite gains in overall daily strength, but I had ACL surgery back when I was about 35… my right hamstring was used as a portion to replace my ACL… my right thigh has never equaled my left thigh in size ever since. What do you recommend for me to increase my right thigh to equal my left? Thanks for any reply.
