Hey you need to workout the rest of your muscles out like your Legs, Arms, Chest, Abs and shoulders. Not just traps and back your just going to have back muscles and traps but your getting there

you can do the second exercise on the floor with your elbows by your hips and basically do a plank on your heels and elbows. The higher you raise your arms before planking the more rear delt you hit.
