I think it wasnt that hard, it was very tiring. I am exhausted. The only difficult excersise was the push up with the leg lift !! Great workout, i love Kelly's videos !!!

I have a question… I am trying to lose weight and workout everyday, how do you know when to take a day off? Is it ok to? or what workouts to do if you are very sore and in lots of pain because I work out everyday or is it over using the muscles? I was doing jump squats yesterday and it hurt so bad but that means good and getting stronger? also what plans are great for losing fat on your website?
