That workout was INTENSE! I'm following your Motive workout plan and when I saw it was only 15minutes todayΒ I thought "That's easy I'll probably do it twice." Not so! I barely made it through one 15min round. Thank you so much for your motivation and dedication! God Bless you and your family.

Man my legs are weak…..They easily get tired when I'm doing workouts,I even had a leg muscle cramp when I'm doing this workout today,but I finish it regardless of the pain.Guess I'll just have to blast my legs with more legs workout huh?
