Started doing this workout 3rd week of May. I was 225 lbs. 5'8" tall. That's like obese already. Heaviest I've been in my entire life due to depression. Then suddenly someone came in to my life out of nowhere to remind me that life's too precious to waste on that shit. I saw this vid here and it worked wonders, of course, pair it with healthy diet. First 2-3 days, I can't get past burpees. Then by the end of the week, I was until star jumps! I almost died. lol! I can feel my heart coming out from my chest. Then here I am, June 3,2017. 4th day that I've completed the entire routine. I'm now 203 lbs. 20 more lbs to lose to get back into my desired weight.

I must be doing something wrong. Doing Pushups, planks and all kinds of things I never had any kind of back issue. – But after this something's hurting as if I've slept in the wrong position. – Oh well. Maybe I'll actually start slowly the next time (and pay extra attention to what I am doing and how I am doing it) and not try to keep up with the guy from the get go.

I weight train 3 on 2 off days, my question is should I do this everyday? Before weight training, only days off? Is it more optimal to do this in the morning before I eat? Etc etc……
