when you put your arms out in front of you gravity pushes your arms up where is with the incline press the weight is pushing your arms down so it's totally backwards what you're doing

Wierd, i have never done anything other than flat dumbbell press and flies and after every workout only place i have soreness is the upper chest not middle or lower. I think this ''incline'' term might be bullshit..

I'm unable to do incline presses because of my two shoulder surgeries on my labrum so this is something great to substitute that I tried just now and didnt seem to hurt so thank you

I only feel upper with reverse grip pushup but this is a nice activation using body weight
