Hi there…I'm trying to walk at least four times a week 10,000 steps sometimes more. Once a week I use my X trainer for 45 minutes, how often with what I'm already doing would I follow your run and walk exercise ?

This one was great. Do you have any more like this specific video (standing/low impact)? I don't have much space and prefer not to do the ones that require sitting/lying on the floor.

thanks for replaying i am fat i hate my body i lost 35 killos eith insanity then i gained 5 killos they seem like 200 killos for me god help me losing that before the end of the year i will run for sure i will lose them but do u think runnin indoor n outdoor burn the same calo ????

Really liked this one Pahla ! Nice finish for January. I modified a few intervals with grapevines and easy walks arms overhead . Loved the finisher and great idea with the addition of music. You made January bearable ! THANK YOU 😊👊💪

Hi Paula,
I just came across your videos recently and I am so glad I did, I have been looking for different jogging and running exercise workouts for a while now and yours are great.
I have, to date, lost over 11 stone and find it hard to stay motivated exercise wise but your variety of videos are exciting.
I have a question for you,I have been doing jogging exercises for months now and find they really make me sweat and I feel as though I had a great workout but how do I go on from there? I have a spare room in my house– it's basically a gym and I do all my exercising in there…any suggestions??
I would really appreciate any advice.
