I think my shoulders are weaker too but i dont know how to workout my shoulders ive searched a lot of shoulder workouts but theyre so difficult to do a single rep and i dont really make any progress what do you think it would be a good workiut for shoulders for a begginer..

I did this and it was really good but i couldnt do a single rep for Chinese and archer push ups lol but still felt a good pump i was able to do a lot of reps in the 1st set after the 2nd things got hard as fuck lol what do you think i should do if i cant do any chinese or archer push ups?

Hey man, helpful video… I was just wondering if we complete all of the workouts one after the other without rest, and when the set is complete take a 3 min. rest and repeat. Or should I be resting 30 seconds between each exercise?Thanks.
