If I really want to improve my lower body ASAP and see some results, how many times a week should i do this workout without injuring or over exercise my muscles ?

Additionally if i felt back pain during side leg lifts, am I doing it wrong ?

I remember I did this for four weeks and I was feeling nice and toned, felt great. Then I got very sick and fell off for a whole month. Time to get back on it again!

weight on knees should be a problem for overweight people. I am 6 ft tall and 84 KGS. I find it extremely difficult to put weight on knees
