I did a total body strength workout today but due to the compound movements, I often feel my legs get a bit neglected. So I paired it up with this! Didn't use any weight except on bridges (I LOVE weighted bridges :D). My legs got what they needed ^_^


Loved this workout! This was great for me getting back into working out after a long time of not doing much exercise. Short, not too hard, and didn't leave me too sore. Sometimes the longer ones are too hard and I loose a lot of motivation from how tired I get.

I would like to personally thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. As full-time college student/stay at home mom of 2, there was no way that I would have time to go to the gym. I would love to see a workout dedicated to people living on the top floor of an apartment where its hard to do jumping jacks and make a lot of noise. A lot of the cardio workouts have some sort of exercise requiring jumping and what not.
