For some reason when I try to do push ups (full or half push ups), I feel a lot of pressure on the bottom of my palms (not wrists). Even though I keep my hands at shoulder width apart, and my body straight. What could I be doing wrong? Do you think that doing planks for a few weeks could help me to gain strength and alleviate the pressure?

Hi, I want to say thank you. I'm a PT in the UK and having looked for a while for some bodyweight exercises to challenge people and keep variety this is by far the best video I've come across. Your work is better than the posts on Livestrong and other sites by a mile.

the arm circles got me but im still trying this video its in my work out schedule now i run one mile and bike three miles everyday now this workout is after my 4 miles and in the mornings thank you fitnessblender

Your workouts are great but they are defiantly challenging after a couple of minutes of doing them these exercises are going to kill us one day.

its really disappointing for me because despite my efforts to increase my arm strength I just can't do the upward facing plank. my whole body just isn't capable of doing it 🙁
