Hi coach, just started the april motive, it's been killing me for 4 days (even on the break! ๐Ÿ˜€ ).

I have a problem: I can't do the crounches or sit ups. I was raised as a sportive guy so i dont usually have problems with movemments and i am a flexible person even though im slightly overweight. But when it comes to crounches, i feel that my neck and back gets constracted more than my abs. I usually slow down just to ease the back pain as it feels harmfull. Any advice will be appriciated. ๐Ÿ˜€

Big fan of you for a long time now, i also want to share that i also loved the new system where we warm up and then cool down ๐Ÿ˜€ also some of the videos have reviews which helps me decide what weight to use etc. . Just some feedback, i know you're hearing these from all the subs ๐Ÿ˜€

Please please please more like these! This was awesome because it included all the components (warm up, workout and cool down) in ONE video. I'm soooo glad you guys can't hear me cursing you for making me workout so hard but for good. In just a little over a month of working out with you guys but eating badly as before, I've already lost 2.9 pounds. I believe it would drop more if I just ate right, but I'm doing baby steps right now.

Wow this is brutal at 6am before work but it's Friday n I'm ready for my day after shower!! Great work guys really love that you both do different levels as my core is strong but have had knee reconstruction and it's not always happy with impact so I can chose modifications.

Recent research is showing that repeated trunk movement like crunches damages the intervertebral discs that help cushion and protect the spine. Over time, repeated trunk movements can wear them out and actually cause damage to the spine and chronic back pain. The abdominals are built to resist movement as a way to protect the spine, and not so much cause repeated movement to the spine.

As a YouTuber myself (I own a small gaming channel) I know that people give you advice all of the time. It's easy to ignore advice from others, but I would just encourage you to look into the research and consider removing crunches from your abdominal workouts. In this video you had many excellent movements that target the abs without repeated trunk movement. I would encourage you to continue focusing on those types of movements instead!

I really like your new videos with warm up and cool down included, just wished they were more close to 30 minutes, now that they are included so I didn't have to add anything else to them to get the workout done for the day. As always,Thanks for another great video:)
